My weekend with Oz placed my life onto a fundamentally different pathway to the one that it was on when I arrived. My experiences with Oz firstly were incredibly self-affirming. He's such a great guy and so supportive, calm, confident and experienced in holding the space for you so you can have this incredible experience.

Through the work I did with him I realised that I was being fundamentally unkind to myself all day every day and helped me realize that this was viscerally manifested within my body, in my torso, and that I was physically carrying the same trauma with me from my earliest years through to present day and continuously reinforcing it. And through that deep and visceral realization it made me decide at a very immediate day-to-day level to continuously find ways to be kind to myself and to stop being unkind to myself, which has, since that time last summer, placed me on a different trajectory.

I'm now actively seeking ways to have better health. I'm avoiding old habits that are self-destructive or doing harm to my body and my mental health. I am investing in myself, putting myself first and prioritizing myself in a way that I never used to do and I'm physically healing. I was previously putting myself into states of semi-paralysis through bad habits I wasn’t even aware of and now I'm not doing that anymore. I feel like it was one of the most critical and profound experiences I've ever had. I also don't think it was a one-off. I do want to have more experiences with Oz as a result of this to continue my personal growth. I just cannot recommend OzKar enough as an advisor and as a counselor and as just a simply wonderful human being to be with you in the room and on a journey as sensitive and delicate as this.

The universe brought me to Oz three years ago after I had suddenly lost my husband and I was trying to find my place in this world, find a greater meaning of life. Having never done medicine previously and not knowing what to expect, Oz provided a space that was safe, relaxed and comfortable.
His calm demeanor, and his peaceful aura made any apprehension I felt about my upcoming journey disappear. To say that my first retreat with Oz was life changing would be an understatement. When I decided to go on a 5meo-DMT journey with OzKar, it was based on the very joyful experiences of my wife and also of a friend of mine. And since I have done already a lot of healing and energy work, we decided to try a very small dose that OzKar would call a handshake. My journey could`nt be very much different than theres ...

Right after inhaling the substance I lost control in no time and fell into an inner abyss. I ended up in something that one could call The pain body. For about one hour I found myself dealing with all kinds of contracted energies that made me scream, cough, feeling like I have to vomit, etc. I felt the contractions in the Chakras and in the pysical body. In one phase, I felt all the sadness and the desperation that I could`nt feel many years back when I suffered from an heavy accident that left me with a severe handicap. My heart was open and I cried many tears that I could´nt cry at that time.
And throughout all those difficult moments, I saw OsKar next to me, so present, so caring and supporting without ever interfering into the process. Sometimes it felt like an old shamanic wisdom was supervising the process which gave me a feeling of safety despite the inner storm that was raging ...

In the aftermatch, I think that a major healing work had happened. For weeks, I continued encountering some of those energies that were then ready to be released.

I had the honor of experiencing a personalized 5 day spiritual retreat with Oz in December 2023. To say that it was a life-changing event would be a severe understatement.  
I arrived with the intention of resolving issues revolving around anxiety, fear, depression and alcohol use. The transformation that occurred was nothing short of miraculous.  
The beauty and peace that I have experienced since the retreat has been ongoing.  Definitely money well spent for personal growth, balance, and centeredness.

Oz’s ability to guide through the process was indispensable.  I could literally feel the protective field placed over me as he walked me through another plain.  
The retreat was coupled with daily breath work, spiritual talks, and amazing yoga sessions with his beautiful girlfriend Liz.
After experiencing such an incredibly powerful medicine, I can’t imagine going through it without the help of a properly trained and experienced guide like Ozcar.  I can’t recommend him enough.
